About Us

About Us

With decades of experience, our trial attorneys represent injured individuals, families, and small businesses in Birmingham and beyond. We founded our firm to protect the rights of the injured and hold the responsible parties accountable for acts of negligence that led to an injury, illness, permanent disability, or loss of life.
Luke represents people that have been injured by no fault of their own. For years, he has maintained a nationwide practice helping others through their most difficult times. He has litigated difficult and complex cases involving negligent and wanton conduct, wrongful death, and product liability. His clients have received millions in court judgments and confidential settlements for injuries sustained in motor vehicle accidents, medical malpractice, and dangerous products.

Ellen Johnston is a trial attorney who represents individuals and families seeking justice after they have been harmed by the acts of others. Licensed in Alabama and Texas, her practice focuses on representing plaintiffs in civil litigation.
A native of Fairhope, Alabama, Ellen previously practiced in Texas as a plaintiff’s employment trial attorney, handling complex litigation in state and federal court. She earned her J.D. from Tulane Law School and her undergraduate degree from Auburn University.
